About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Civil Engineer to join our team at Vistry North Central Midlands, based in Stafford. As a Senior Civil Engineer, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day coordination and design of engineering projects, ensuring they meet the highest standards of quality and cost-effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the coordination and design of engineering projects, adhering to the technical department's Best Practice Policy.
  • Provide technical leadership and guidance to junior engineers, ensuring they have the necessary support and resources to deliver high-quality projects.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements, enhancing the overall efficiency and effectiveness of our engineering function.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams, ensuring effective communication and project delivery.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Senior Civil Engineer or equivalent, with a strong track record of delivering complex engineering projects.
  • Excellent technical knowledge and skills, with the ability to apply best practices and industry standards.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide teams.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
