Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and motivate site teams to achieve exceptional results and high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Senior Civil Engineering Site Manager or equivalent role.
  • Strong knowledge of Health & Safety regulations and industry standards.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of £85,000-£95,000 per annum, plus a range of benefits and opportunities for professional development.
