Care Manager Job Description
We are recruiting a skilled Care Manager to join our client's care organization dedicated to supporting individuals with complex needs. The ideal candidate will have experience managing care services in community settings for individuals with mental health needs.

Job Summary:
This role offers a rewarding opportunity to lead a team providing supported accommodation to six female residents with mental health needs. You will be responsible for overseeing daily care operations, scheduling shifts, providing supervision and on-the-job training, and ensuring high-quality person-centered care delivery.

Responsibilities:
* Oversee daily care operations and schedule shifts
* Provide supervision and on-the-job training to staff
* Conduct regular appraisals and manage staff performance
* Foster a positive, well-trained team through coaching and guidance
* Lead risk assessments, review care plans, and coordinate multi-disciplinary meetings

Requirements:
* NVQ Level 2/3 in Health and Social Care
* Proven experience managing care services in community settings for individuals with complex needs
* Strong leadership skills with the ability to foster positive relationships and guide teams in residential care settings
* Excellent communication and IT skills

Salary and Benefits:
The estimated salary range for this role is £35,000 - £40,000 per annum, depending on experience. We also offer enhanced pay during maternity, paternity, or adoption leave, an Employee Assistance Programme offering free legal support and counseling, and support for achieving Social Care qualifications (levels 3 and 5).
