Job Title:

Customer Service Coordinator

About the Role:

Austin Fraser is currently looking for an experienced Contact Centre Administrator to work in its busy department. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as a flexible but hardworking approach.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Manage the Company's inbox for emails, responding to customer queries in a timely and professional manner.
  2. Locate relevant customers on the system, verify details, and escalate queries as appropriate.
  3. Utilize MS packages to effectively manage workload and meet deadlines.
Required Attributes:
  1. Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal.
  2. Attention to detail.
  3. Good listening skills.
  4. Flexible but hardworking approach.
  5. Fast-paced attitude to work.
Salary:

£25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience.
