As a key member of the Marketing team, you will be responsible for driving business growth, developing strategies, and managing budgets to achieve targets related to profit and loss, market share, and competitive positioning.

  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to achieve category targets, including profit and loss, market share, and competitive positioning.
  • Support the Regional Category Director in defining the positioning and detailed strategies for the category.
  • Manage advertising, promotions, research, and market analysis costs within budget.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing Manager UK&I to define brand targets, sales mix, net sales, gross margin, and marketing contributions for the category.
  • Develop and execute advertising strategies, manage creative agencies, communicate media plans, and ensure legal compliance for commercials.
  • Analyze market data to suggest action plans and drive sales forecast process.
  • Lead strategic business partnerships, maintain the company's image, and recommend key business strategies.

Ferrero is seeking a seasoned marketing manager with a solid background in FMCG. You will need to demonstrate the ability to contribute effectively to business strategy and drive the business agenda forward. Other requirements include:

  • Strong interpersonal and influencing skills.
  • Experience in team management and strategic brand planning & portfolio management.
  • Proficiency in budgeting and decision-making, requiring strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
  • A solid understanding of trade dynamics and the capability to drive shopper strategy in coordination with the Trade Marketing Head.
  • Commercial skills to drive brand growth.
