Marks Consulting Partners is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Estates Surveyor to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in driving revenue generation and delivering social value from our community assets.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic plans for the utilization of land and assets to maximize revenue and social impact.
- Lead the management of landlord and tenant relationships, leasing, and estates management, as well as disposals and development agreements.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, the voluntary community sector, and business tenants to achieve shared goals and objectives.
- Drive business growth and revenue generation through effective asset management and strategic partnerships.
Requirements
- MRICS qualification and extensive experience in estates management and commercial investment.
- Excellent report writing and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas to senior management and stakeholders.
- Registered Valuer qualification is highly desirable.
