About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Property Manager to join our team at Premier Estates. As a Senior Property Manager, you will be responsible for the operational management of a portfolio of residential developments, ensuring that all properties are well-maintained and that our clients receive exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities

Manage a portfolio of residential developments, ensuring that all properties are well-maintained and that our clients receive exceptional service.
Line manage, train, and advise Development Managers and other site-based staff in their duties.
Assist the Associate Director as required, and in their absence, provide mentoring, training, and advice to others within the department.
Work with other Senior Property Managers to provide mentoring, training, and advice to Development Managers and site-based staff across the team.
Support the Associate Director as required, and deputise for them when they are absent from the office or on annual leave.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
A strong background in property management, with experience of managing a portfolio of residential developments.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
A high level of technical knowledge, with a good understanding of property management principles and practices.
A flexible and adaptable approach, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and respond to changing circumstances.
