Austin Fraser is delighted to be partnering with a leading provider of Critical Network & ICT Infrastructure services.

Our client, supported by Private Equity Investment, is embarking on a period of significant growth. They require a dynamic Head of Bid Management to oversee the ongoing design and evolution of the Bid team.

About the Role:
  • Develop and manage the entire bid lifecycle, from initial opportunity identification to contract award.
  • Create and oversee the end-to-end bid process, ensuring timely and accurate submission of all bid documents.
  • Lead and mentor a team of bid managers and coordinators, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in leading a successful Bid Management team, preferably within a Managed Service Provider and/or Systems Integrator.

Requirements:
  1. Strong people and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple bids simultaneously.
  2. A degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.

Salary: £80,000 - £110,000 per annum, depending on experience.
