Role Summary
">Connells Group seeks an experienced Head of Business Development to lead its M&A activities, structure deals, and work closely with the Operations team to integrate businesses. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing deal flow from origination to integration and possess in-depth knowledge of the UK estate agency market.

- Lead M&A activities, structure deals, and collaborate with the Operations team to integrate businesses.">
- Work closely with the Head of deal advisory on all due diligence workstreams.">
- Prepare detailed reports and analysis for the Board, including tracking newly acquired businesses' performance against the original business case.">
Requirements

- At least 10 years' experience within a fast-paced commercial/sales environment.">
- Proven track record of managing deal flow from origination to integration.">
- In-depth knowledge of the UK estate agency market.">
- Self-starter who can take full ownership of all M&A aspects.">
- Strong existing network in the Real Estate industry.">
- Bachelor's degree.">
