**Job Title:** AML Risk Manager - UK Vodafone

We are looking for an experienced AML Risk Manager to join our team in Newbury or London. As an AML Risk Manager, you will be responsible for managing financial crime risks across Vodafone UK's products and services, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To lead the implementation and oversight of effective controls to mitigate financial crime risks, ensuring that the business operates within our legal and regulatory risk appetites.
  • To develop and maintain a thorough understanding of Vodafone UK's products and services, identifying areas of high risk and developing strategies to mitigate these risks.
  • To work closely with stakeholders across the business and Group, providing guidance and advice on AML risk management practices and procedures.
  • To design, implement and execute annual risk assessments, ensuring that all core financial crime compliance disciplines are adequately addressed.
  • To maintain accurate records and reports, ensuring that all regulatory requirements are met and that key performance indicators are tracked and reported.

Requirements:

  • Experience working in a similar role in Financial Services, at Manager level, within a financial crime/compliance discipline.
  • Proven experience of 2nd line Sanctions/AML/ABC advisory expertise in a business-partnership capacity.
  • Strong working knowledge of Sanctions/AML/ABC technology and systems.
  • Experience of dealing with regulators and other external bodies in the financial crime compliance space as well as regulatory policy and legislation.
