Job Title: Senior Physiotherapist Specialist
About the Role:
Powys Teaching Health Board is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Physiotherapist Specialist to join our North Powys Clinical Musculoskeletal Assessment and Treatment Service (CMATS) and First Contact Practitioner (FCP) Physiotherapy team.
Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic physiotherapist with significant postgraduate experience and expertise in musculoskeletal care. As a Senior Physiotherapist Specialist, you will work closely with our clinical team to provide high-quality assessment and rehabilitation services to patients in North Powys.
Responsibilities:
- Provide advanced clinical practice and supervision to junior physiotherapists and students
- Contribute to the development of professional practice and service delivery within the CMATS and FCP teams
- Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to achieve improved health outcomes for patients
Requirements:
- Significant postgraduate experience in musculoskeletal care
- Expertise in advanced clinical practice and supervision
- Ability to work effectively in a team and independently
- Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills
