Job Summary

We're looking for a talented Retail Customer Advisor to join our team. As a key member of our store team, you'll be responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience, providing expert advice on our products and services, and driving sales and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service, understanding each customer's needs and preferences
  • Set the bar on coverage, reliability, and customer care, ensuring our customers receive the best possible experience
  • Solve customer queries quickly and efficiently, providing solutions to meet their needs
  • Drive customer experience by engaging in great conversations, ensuring customers leave our stores happy
  • Offer solutions to customers with general mobile or network queries, using your knowledge and expertise to answer their questions
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales and customer satisfaction targets
