Job Summary

We're seeking a Retail Customer Advisor to join our team. As a key member of our store team, you'll be responsible for delivering outstanding customer service, selling our amazing products and services, and achieving personal and store KPIs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service, understanding each customer's needs and preferences
  • Sell our products and services, matching them to customers' needs and providing amazing experiences
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve store KPIs and deliver excellent customer experiences
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and provide expert advice to customers
  • Contribute to a positive and inclusive store environment, supporting colleagues and customers alike
