Job Summary

We're seeking a Retail Customer Advisor to join our team in a customer-facing role. As a Retail Customer Advisor, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, resolving queries, and selling our amazing products and services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver outstanding customer service and resolve customer queries in a timely and professional manner
  • Sell our products and services to customers, matching their needs with our amazing state-of-the-art products
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve store KPIs and drive customer experience
  • Provide solutions to customers with general mobile or network queries
  • Typically work 2 to 3 days per week, including weekends
