About the Role

We are looking for a Resident Services Coordinator to join our team, who will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our residents, managing properties, and ensuring the smooth operation of our rented housing properties.

The successful candidate will have a strong ability to communicate effectively, build relationships with residents, and provide support to vulnerable client groups. A willingness to learn and adapt to new situations is essential, as well as excellent problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Delivering exceptional service to residents, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and efficient manner
  • Managing properties, letting agreements, and rent accounts
  • Dealing with anti-social behaviour, ensuring repairs are carried out, and maintaining a safe environment
  • Investigating and resolving complaints in a fair and transparent manner
  • Maintaining resident trust and confidence through effective communication and setting expectations
  • Managing the location's budget and service charge accounts to ensure residents' homes are well maintained
  • Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations and conducting regular risk assessments
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary of £25,000 - £27,000 per annum, depending on experience. Our benefits package includes:
