Woodbridge Care Services Supervisor
We are seeking an experienced Care Services Supervisor to join our team in Woodbridge. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for supervising the daily operations of our residential care home and ensuring that our residents receive the highest standard of care and support.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience managing a residential home and a strong working knowledge of CQC standards. They will be able to motivate and lead a team of carers and support staff to deliver exceptional care and support to our residents.
About the Role
- Supervise the daily operations of our residential care home.
- Ensure that our home meets all regulatory requirements, including those set by the CQC.
- Manage the home's budget, ensuring financial targets are met and costs are effectively managed.
- Develop and implement a strategic marketing plan to maintain full occupancy and promote our services to potential residents and families.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with residents, families, and stakeholders.
