Salary and Benefits:

The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary of £52,000 per annum, plus excellent benefits including a comprehensive induction and training programme, opportunities for career development and progression, fully funded DBS disclosure, an excellent performance-related bonus, and 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays entitlement.

Job Description:

The Senior Care Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the home, ensuring the delivery of high-quality care and support to our residents, while meeting financial targets and maintaining full occupancy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruit, train, motivate, and retain a team of skilled care professionals committed to delivering person-centred care.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve the quality of care and support provided to residents.
  • Manage the home's budget, ensuring financial targets are met and costs are effectively managed.
  • Monitor and evaluate the home's performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing necessary changes.
  • Manage and mitigate risks effectively, ensuring a safe and secure environment for residents and staff.
