Care Services Manager Leader

We are recruiting a highly motivated and experienced Care Home Manager to lead our residential care home in Woodbridge. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the home, ensuring that it meets all regulatory requirements and provides high-quality care and support to our residents.
Responsibilities- Lead and manage the home's staff team, promoting a culture of kindness, compassion, and empathy.
- Ensure the home meets all regulatory requirements, including those set by the CQC.
- Manage the home's budget, ensuring financial targets are met.
- Develop and implement a marketing plan to maintain full occupancy and promote the home's services.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with residents, families, and stakeholders.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience managing a residential care home and a strong working knowledge of CQC standards. They will also possess excellent communication skills and the ability to maintain effective working relationships with internal and external professionals.
Salary: £52,000 per annum.
