This strategic role will act as a partner to go-to-market leaders, owning the execution of commercial enablement across regions, collaborating with the global enablement team to deliver best-in-class learning experiences. Success equates to increased productivity and effectiveness of regional stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:- Understand Alteryx GTM strategy and build credibility with Revenue leaders.
- Work with sales, channel, sales engineering, and customer success leadership to define commercial enablement strategy across international theaters.
- Collaborate with Global Enablement and Content team to architect, build, and deliver new hire onboarding, learning journeys, targeted training on Alteryx solutions, sales competencies, sales methodology, and sales tools and process.
- Analyse and interpret key revenue metrics to identify gaps and define relevant enablement programs required to impact business metrics.
The ideal candidate will possess 5-8 years of experience in revenue or sales enablement, with a strong analytical skill set to drive insights from data and measuring the impact of enablement programs at scale. They should also have experience in enabling a wide variety of revenue-generating roles and be able to design an enablement plan with specific strategies and metrics for success.
The salary for this position is estimated to be around £70,000 - £90,000 per annum, based on industry standards and location. We offer a competitive compensation package, including benefits and opportunities for growth and development.
