About the Role

As an Adult Care Support Professional, you will:

  • Support adults with learning disabilities, autism, ABI, and mental health needs.

  • Provide tailored support to meet unique needs.
  • Assist with daily tasks, including medication management and hygiene maintenance.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must possess:

  • RQF Level 2 or above in social care.
  • Previous experience within a social care setting.
  • A commitment to ongoing training and development.
