About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Category Manager to join our team at Addition+, a leading retailer of pet supplies. As a Category Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the success of our pet category, driving sales growth, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor and analyze category performance data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Develop and execute a category strategy that aligns with our business objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Manage and analyze complex data sets to inform business decisions.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to ensure we remain competitive.
Requirements
  • Strong commercial experience with a proven track record of delivering results.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience with retail software and online retail platforms.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
