We are seeking a highly skilled IT Manager for Workforce Services Delivery to join our team at Peabody. As an integral part of our IT Delivery Management team, you will play a key role in shaping and accelerating our journey towards modern services for residents.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and developing teams and individuals who maintain and enhance our systems, as well as ensuring effective planning and transition to operations. You will need to be an excellent communicator, able to work collaboratively with other teams and build meaningful relationships across the business to deliver improvements to the systems under your responsibility.

Requirements
  • Experience and knowledge of Workforce Services management systems ideally within the social housing domain.
  • Passion for implementing best practice in solutions delivery through all stages of development, with a working knowledge of industry standards and frameworks such as ITIL, Agile etc.
  • Organised with the ability to self-manage a diverse and varied workload and the workload and deliverables of others, prioritising work effectively.
  • Qualified to degree level or with extensive industry experience.
What We Offer
  • Competitive salary: £60,000 - £80,000 per annum.
