Job Title: Project Director

Job Summary:

Sphere Solutions is seeking a highly skilled Project Director to lead our residential construction and regeneration developments. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing and directing a large project team, ensuring that projects run to program and specification.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and direct a large project team to achieve project goals and objectives.
  • Ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Develop and implement project plans, including resource allocation and risk management.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including operations, sales, and marketing.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, and develop contingency plans as needed.
