About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Director, Development Delivery to lead our project management team and key internal stakeholders in EMEA. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire construction process, from entitlement and permitting to project closeout.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Management
    • Develop and implement a comprehensive construction program to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
    • Manage and motivate a team of project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to achieve project goals.
  • Project Management
    • Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, and resource allocation plans.
    • Coordinate and integrate internal stakeholders, including sales, operations, and finance, to ensure seamless project delivery.
    • Manage project risks, issues, and changes to ensure project success.
  • Quality and Compliance
    • Develop and implement a comprehensive QA/QC program to ensure projects meet quality and regulatory standards.
    • Manage and audit project deliverables to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Communication and Collaboration
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including sales, operations, and finance.
    • Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders in a clear and timely manner.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience
    • 7-10 years of experience in a management role, preferably in construction or a related field.
    • Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Skills
    • Strong leadership and management skills.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management tools.
