Business Manager Opportunity at Griffin Mill

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Manager to join our team at Griffin Mill. As a Business Manager, you will play a key role in helping us achieve our growth strategy and deliver exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and grow all aspects of the Finance & Insurance department
  • Help customers find the right finance package to suit their needs
  • Demonstrate a strong F&I knowledge and coach the sales team accordingly
  • Sell finance, insurance products, and additional products
  • Work within the FCA regulations and company guidelines
  • Match customers' needs to the relevant finance sources
  • Manage the sales team in the absence of the Sales Manager
  • Experience in stacking finance deals
Requirements:
  • Evidence of a stable career history
  • Strong organisational, communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience working as part of a team
