Global Sales Director

We are seeking a highly experienced Global Sales Director to lead our sales team in driving customer acquisition and growth globally.
About Usn8n is a low-code platform for workflow automation and AI app integration, designed for technical users. With a passionate and engaged community of builders, we simplify connecting to any app or API and enable the incorporation of AI into business processes. Our annual recurring revenue is growing 5x year-over-year, and we have secured a Series A extension in February 2024, totaling $20m in funding.
Your RoleYou will be responsible for leading a team of high-performing Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) and Account Executives (AEs), driving customer acquisition and growth globally. Your main goal will be to empower and support your team, fostering career growth and helping AEs consistently hit and exceed their targets.
Responsibilities- Coach and develop Account Executives, providing strategic guidance and mentorship to help them succeed.
- Sales enablement, ensuring SDRs and AEs have the tools, resources, and training needed to succeed, from onboarding new hires to ongoing sales development.
- Pipeline management, overseeing and managing the pipeline to ensure 4x coverage for the upcoming quarter.
- Sales process optimisation, continuously optimizing sales processes to improve efficiency and productivity across the team.
- Reporting & forecasting, maintaining strong operational rigour with accurate forecasting and regular reporting on sales performance.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of 3 years of experience solely managing a team of New Business Account Executives.
- Experience selling to mid-market and enterprise clients, with a focus on deals in the €30-100k range.
- High-growth experience, having been part of a BtoB SaaS tech company that has thrived in a fast-paced environment.
- Technical sales experience, having sold a technical product or sold to a technical persona.
- Market knowledge, with a deep understanding of EMEA markets and the nuances of selling across this diverse region.
