About the Role:
The Vehicle Infringement Coordinator position at Cox Automotive requires a detail-oriented professional to provide administrative support to the Customer Relations team. This role is responsible for ensuring timely resolutions to Penalty Charge Notices (PCNs) while minimizing financial loss for the business. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and be able to maintain accurate records. Key Responsibilities:

  • Record and respond to PCNs and escalated notices in line with Compliance and business guidelines.
  • Provide excellent customer service to both internal and external clients via phone, email, or letter.
  • Maintain accurate records and update all systems in a timely manner.
  • Securely handle all data and information in line with GDPR and business standards.
  • Collaborate with the Client Experience Team and Legal team to ensure resolution aligns with Terms and Conditions and FCA/TCF guidelines.
Requirements:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong administration skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to pre-empt potential problems and issues before they escalate.
  • Knowledge of customer experience and contact centre technologies.
  • Resilience in the face of feedback or set-backs.
