Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Claims Manager to join our team at NHS Resolution. As a Claims Manager, you will be responsible for proactively managing claims from commencement to conclusion, working closely with external organisations and managing conflicting priorities.

This role requires a strong understanding of current law and relevant statutes in the insurance, clinical, or non-clinical claims negligence area. You will also need to demonstrate excellent organisational skills, the ability to manage complex and non-complex claims, and exceptional customer focus and awareness.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of complex and non-complex claims from commencement to conclusion.
  • Conduct investigations, quantification, and negotiation of claims.
  • Develop and maintain constructive relationships with external organisations.
  • Manage conflicting priorities and work to tight deadlines.

Requirements:

  • Strong understanding of current law and relevant statutes in the insurance, clinical, or non-clinical claims negligence area.
  • Excellent organisational skills and ability to manage complex and non-complex claims.
  • Exceptional customer focus and awareness.
  • Ability to work as a team member and collaboratively with other teams.
