Key Responsibilities- Effectively manage a caseload of pre-litigated motor claims, ensuring timely and efficient resolution.
- Support the delivery of high-quality service and productivity, working closely with colleagues to achieve shared goals.
- Input accurate data and maintain records, ensuring seamless data management.
- Communicate with clients, providing professional and empathetic support throughout the claims process.
- Desirable experience in motor personal injury claims under the predictive costs regime.
- Experience with the OIC and MOJ portals.
- Pre-litigation experience and knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and email.
- Excellent customer service skills, with a focus on attention to detail, negotiation, and communication.
We offer a hybrid working arrangement, requiring you to be in the office at least one day per week. If you're passionate about delivering exceptional service and have a strong background in claims handling, we'd love to hear from you.
