About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Claims Resolution Specialist to join our team at QBE Management Services (UK) Limited. As a Claims Resolution Specialist, you will be responsible for handling motor claims, engaging with customers, and ensuring timely resolutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Answer customer calls and written correspondence to provide support and guidance
  • Action written response correspondence as appropriate
  • Liaise with stakeholders to ensure the best outcomes for customers
  • Negotiate settlements with third parties
  • Enter key data accurately on Excel and in-house systems
  • Work with automated assisted processes
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of legal and regulatory matters
  • Understand technical language used in documents and interpret meaning

About You

  • A passion for excellent customer service and a willingness to go above and beyond
  • Able to follow detailed processes to ensure accurate data recording
  • The capability to develop and maintain an understanding of legal, regulatory, and insurance matters
  • A willingness to adapt to changing customer requirements
  • Ability to own and resolve problems
