Claims Resolution Specialist

About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Claims Resolution Specialist to join our team at QBE Management Services (UK) Limited. As a Claims Resolution Specialist, you will be responsible for handling motor claims, engaging with customers, and ensuring timely resolutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer customer calls and written correspondence to provide support and guidance
- Action written response correspondence as appropriate
- Liaise with stakeholders to ensure the best outcomes for customers
- Negotiate settlements with third parties
- Enter key data accurately on Excel and in-house systems
- Work with automated assisted processes
- Develop and maintain knowledge of legal and regulatory matters
- Understand technical language used in documents and interpret meaning
About You
- A passion for excellent customer service and a willingness to go above and beyond
- Able to follow detailed processes to ensure accurate data recording
- The capability to develop and maintain an understanding of legal, regulatory, and insurance matters
- A willingness to adapt to changing customer requirements
- Ability to own and resolve problems
