The Role

We are seeking an experienced HR Assistant to join our team. As an HR Assistant, you will be responsible for supporting the organisation on recruitment, implementing system changes in our HR platform, and maintaining accurate payroll information.

You will work closely with managers to provide guidance on recruitment, policies and procedures, and other HR-related matters.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Support the organisation on recruitment and selection processes.">
  • Implement scheduled system changes in our HR platform.">
  • Maintain accurate payroll information on a monthly basis.">

Requirements and Qualifications

">

To be successful in this role, you will have experience working in an HR role, preferably in a charity or non-profit sector. You should have a keen eye for detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work well under pressure.

You will also have experience of recruitment, HR systems, and reporting.

We offer a competitive salary of £26,000 - £31,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as a range of benefits including generous annual leave, pension scheme, and opportunities for professional development.
