We are seeking a talented Early Careers Specialist to support the growth and development of our graduate and apprentice programmes.

About the Role:
  • Review performance data to identify areas for improvement, ensuring that our programmes are aligned with business objectives.
  • Gather feedback from trainees and apprentices through satisfaction surveys, providing valuable insights to inform programme enhancements.
  • Facilitate focus groups to capture in-depth insights and enhance the overall experience, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and implement performance improvement strategies, working closely with programme participants and colleagues to drive results.
  2. Collaborate with stakeholders to design and deliver training initiatives, addressing skill gaps and enhancing talent management capabilities.

This is a hybrid role, 2/3 days a week in the office, on a 12-month fixed term contract. The estimated salary for this position is £39,250 - £49,250 per annum, depending on location and experience.
