We are seeking a highly skilled Building Performance Specialist to join our Performance Group in Bristol, Cardiff, Exeter or Plymouth. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in helping clients deliver on their Net Zero Carbon aspirations.
The ideal candidate will have a good understanding of other disciplines and excellent written and spoken English skills. You will be responsible for managing a portfolio of projects, advising and assisting clients on their journey to improved building performance, and offering advice on building system optimisation and energy consumption.
With your ability to adapt to different projects and tasks, you will be able to think outside the box and provide innovative solutions to complex engineering and design challenges. Your enthusiasm for the role and previous experience of energy consumption or building controls will also be valuable assets.
In return, we offer a competitive salary of £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, plus a range of benefits including life assurance, income protection, travel allowance, 25 days annual leave increasing to 30 with length of service, contributory pension scheme, employee assistance programme, enhanced paternity, maternity & shared parental leave, season ticket loans, professional membership subscription, flexitime, and more.
