Socio-Economics Consultant Opportunity

We are delighted to be recruiting on behalf of a prestigious and forward-thinking independent consultancy, renowned for their expertise in development and socio-economics. They are looking for a talented Socio-Economics Consultant to join their Strategic Land & Regeneration Team, based in Central London.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Providing high-quality research and analysis to support the strategic and economic case for development.
  2. Collaborating with top developers and stakeholders to shape projects that benefit both people and the economy.
  3. Using data analysis and visualisation (including GIS) to inform and illustrate your findings (training provided if necessary).
  4. Engaging with government bodies to influence policy decisions at both local and national levels.
  5. Highly numerate, with strong data skills and an ability to work with statistics to support evidence-based decision-making.
  6. Detail-oriented and committed to delivering top-quality work.
  7. A strong communicator, comfortable presenting ideas both in writing and in person.
  8. Educated to degree level (or equivalent), with relevant backgrounds in geography, planning, economics, business, or social sciences, although core skills and commitment are more important than academic background.
