About the Role

As an Economic Strategist (Renewable Energy Expert), you will play a critical role in shaping our investment portfolio and advising senior leaders on key macroeconomic trends. Your expertise will help inform strategic decisions, ensuring optimal deployment of capital and resources while balancing financing and wider constraints.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collect and analyse macroeconomic data from internal and external sources to inform investment strategies.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with regulatory, market, finance, and other subject matter experts across the organisation.
  • Analyse and communicate key macroeconomic trends impacting the future of renewable energies to key decision makers and stakeholders.
  • Prepare macroeconomic forecasts and scenario evaluations to support strategic planning.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in business, economics, engineering, or other quantitative discipline.
  • Proven experience working with European macro data, energy demand analytics, macro scenario evaluation, or infrastructure and industry economics.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to translate macro data into organisational insights.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with ability to work effectively across cultures and geographies.
