About the Role

We are seeking a highly effective political strategist and operator to join our Senior Management Team as Director of Advocacy and Campaigns. As a key member of our team, you will represent us externally, manage staff, and contribute to organisational effectiveness and impact.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and deliver highly strategic and adaptable multi-stakeholder influencing programmes to secure policy change.
  • Analyse and communicate complex economic issues to inform policy debates and decisions.
  • Represent ECU externally, building relationships with key stakeholders and influencers.
  • Manage a team of staff, providing guidance and support to ensure organisational effectiveness.
