We are seeking a highly skilled Operations Director to lead our Warehouse and Transport operations in a fast-paced FMCG environment.

You will have the chance to manage the depot management team to drive operational efficiencies, service excellence, and productivity in order constantly improve depot performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the commercial operation of the depot to ensure profit budget target is met or exceeded

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have a proven track record of managing and leading Warehouse and Transport operations within a FMCG environment.

You will be well-versed in the management of all core Operational and Logistics KPIs, passionate about Customer Service, and able to demonstrate exceptional operational efficiencies and improvements through CI / project management.

As a strong leader, you will be able to demonstrate effective people management and leadership skills, with a proven ability to motivate and inspire your team.
