About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Service Manager to lead our children's residential services. As the Registered Manager and Safeguarding Lead, you will oversee daily operations, ensuring high standards of safety, well-being, and care for children and young people. You will provide clear direction, supervision, and professional development to ensure high performance and excellent care. Your comprehensive understanding of OFSTED and standards for residential care will be invaluable in maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements.

About You:

You will have proven experience in managing residential services, ideally within children or specialist care settings. You will possess excellent communication and organisational skills, with the ability to balance operational needs and regulatory compliance.
