About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Care Services Director to lead our childrens residential and domiciliary services. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring that every young person in our care receives outstanding support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the daily operations of our childrens home bungalows, ensuring that care services meet all required standards set by OFSTED.
  • Act as the Registered Manager and Safeguarding Lead for designated bungalows, ensuring the highest standards of safety, well-being, and care for children and young people.
  • Lead and manage the operational delivery team, providing clear direction, supervision, and professional development to ensure high performance and excellent care.
Requirements
  • A proven track record in managing residential services, ideally within children or specialist care settings.
  • A comprehensive understanding of OFSTED and standards for residential care.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage, mentor, and develop a team.
