About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Field Care Supervisor to join our team at Helping Hands. As a key member of our care team, you will play a vital role in supporting the development and growth of our care assistants, ensuring they receive the highest standard of training and support.

Your primary responsibility will be to provide coaching and guidance to new care assistants, helping them to develop the skills and confidence they need to deliver exceptional care to our customers. You will also work closely with our office team to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and to support the recruitment and retention of high-quality care staff.

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement training programs to ensure care assistants receive the highest standard of training and support
  • Provide coaching and guidance to new care assistants to help them develop the skills and confidence they need to deliver exceptional care
  • Work closely with the office team to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and to support the recruitment and retention of high-quality care staff
  • Conduct regular spot checks and supervisions with care assistants to ensure they are meeting the required standards
  • Meet with customers to review care plans and ensure their needs are being met
