We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources Business Partner to join our team at Carousel Logistics. As a key member of our HR department, you will play a critical role in shaping our HR strategy and supporting our operations teams.

About the Role

The HR Business Partner will work closely with our operations teams to provide HR support and guidance on all employment-related matters. This includes developing relationships with key stakeholders, providing guidance and advice on HR policies and procedures, and supporting with M&A's and ER cases.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  • Provide guidance and advice on HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with current UK legislation.
  • Support with M&A's and ER cases to ensure a smooth and effective process.
  • Work closely with our operations teams to drive high performance through the performance review process.
  • Focus on continuous improvement by reviewing existing processes and making recommendations for change to improve service and efficiency.
  • Use appropriate data to identify HR trends and create improvement plans where necessary.
  • Support business leaders to drive equality, diversity, and inclusion initiatives.
  • Support annual Q12 Gallup Survey process and develop and implement initiatives to ensure high levels of employee engagement.
  • Support with training plans, coordinate external training, monitor, and deliver training where appropriate.
  • To keep up to date with any legislative changes and developments and HR best practice.
What We're Looking For
  • A proven track record of HR business partnering.
  • Level 5 CIPD qualification or above.
  • Within commutable distance to Coventry and Birmingham.
  • Have worked in a manufacturing or logistics environment dealing with operations teams.
  • Ability to plan & prioritise workload autonomously.
  • Good understanding of UK employment law and regulations.
