Group Healthcare Trainer

Location: Norfolk / Suffolk

Salary: £25, - £27,

Remote Working: Yes

Healthcare Homes Group is seeking a skilled Group Trainer to join our Learning and Development team. As a Group Trainer, you will be responsible for delivering inductions and face-to-face training to our new and existing colleagues across Healthcare Homes Group.

Working as part of our training team, you will be responsible for delivering virtual inductions and face-to-face training to our new and existing care team primarily across our Cambridgeshire, Bedfordshire, and Hertfordshire locations.

While previous experience as a trainer is not essential, a background and experience delivering hands-on care is essential. As our induction training is held virtually, you will need to have good computer skills, including Microsoft Office and Microsoft Teams.

Due to the nature of the role, you will be required to travel to various locations across Cambridge, Bedford, and Watford. Access to your own transport is essential, and ideally, you will live in or within close proximity to the area. Occasional overnight stays may be required, but advanced notice of this would be provided.
