About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Trainer to join our team at Marshall Group. As a Trainer, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality training to our personnel, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and deliver C-130 approved and unapproved B1 Type Training and supporting our extensive range of MRO training requirements.
  • Assess current learning outcomes and develop future training to ensure it is innovative, engaging, and stimulating for the learner.
  • Support the training manager in meeting UKCAA and NLD-MAA requirements in relation to retaining C-130 Type Approvals.
  • Ensure that all students working under your supervision carry out their tasks in a safe and correct manner.
About You

We are looking for an individual with a strong background in aircraft maintenance and training. Essential qualifications include experience working in both Line and Base maintenance environments, having previously held company approvals on commercial aircraft or military equivalent, and holding a Full UK Driving License.
