Group Healthcare Trainer Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Group Healthcare Trainer to join our Learning and Development team at Healthcare Homes Group. As a Group Trainer, you will be responsible for delivering inductions and face-to-face training to our new and existing colleagues across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver virtual inductions and face-to-face training to care teams across our locations in Cambridgeshire, Bedfordshire, and Hertfordshire.
  • Work collaboratively with our training team to develop and implement training programs.
  • Provide support and training to new trainers, as needed.
  • Travel to various locations across the region, with occasional overnight stays.
Requirements:
  • Background and experience delivering hands-on care.
  • Good computer skills, including Microsoft Office and Microsoft Teams.
  • Access to your own transport and a willingness to travel.
