About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated clinical psychologist to work alongside our multidisciplinary staff team providing specialist clinical psychology services to adults with learning disabilities. The successful candidate will assess, formulate, and intervene with clients across various community settings, and work closely with other healthcare professionals to enhance care and manage risk. You will also contribute to the development of the psychology service and wider team. Responsibilities and Duties

* Provide specialist psychological assessments and interventions with clients who have learning disabilities and mental health needs or challenging behaviour
* Work closely with other healthcare professionals to enhance care and manage risk
* Contribute to multidisciplinary team meetings and supervision, sharing formulations to enhance psychologically based care and managing risk

Qualifications and Requirements

* Doctoral level training in clinical psychology, as accredited by the HCPC
* Registered with the Health & Care Professions Council as a practitioner psychologist under the appropriate domain

Salary and Benefits

£42,000 - £61,800 per annum (Band 8a), depending on experience and qualifications. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including flexible working arrangements, career development opportunities, and access to training and development programs.
