We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Psychologist to lead our therapy services for complex cases at North East London NHS Foundation Trust. The successful candidate will have experience of working with individuals with personality disorder and developing effective interventions.

">Main Responsibilities
  1. Managing the IMPACT referrals and providing specialist assessments for clients with personality disorder.
  2. Providing training and supervision to staff on effective working with individuals with difficulties consistent with personality disorder.
  3. Developing areas of expertise within the service and taking the lead on developing and monitoring processes for this area.
  4. Supporting the data collection for IMPACT and participating in SUI processes as they arise.
Essential Requirements
  • Doctorate in Clinical Psychology or equivalent qualification.
  • Training in CBT or DBT.
  • Experience of working with personality disorder and developing partnerships with stakeholders.

Requirements
