About the Role

iPeople Solutions invites applications for the position of Senior Occupational Therapist to join our occupational therapy team. This full-time role offers a competitive salary and a range of benefits, including opportunities for career advancement and professional growth.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Triage referrals into the OT service
  • Provide information and advice to service users and other professionals
  • Signpost referrals to relevant services
  • Respond to queries and provide support to the admin team and manager
  • Highlight high-risk cases and take appropriate action
  • Perform duty visits as required
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Hold a recognised qualification as an Occupational Therapist
  • Demonstrate a record of high performance in delivering customer-focused services under demanding targets and objectives
  • Have a sound understanding of relevant legislation, policies, and processes necessary to deliver complex services to vulnerable adults
  • Be competent in the use of case management and document management systems
  • Possess problem-solving and analytical skills with a creative, flexible, and sensitive approach
Salary and Benefits

The annual salary for this role is £45,000 - £55,000, dependent on experience, along with various benefits including opportunities for professional growth and development, a supportive work environment, and a comprehensive benefits package.
