We are seeking an experienced Care Supervisor to join our team at Somerset Care. As a Care Supervisor, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care services to our residents. With a strong focus on person-led care, you will lead a team of care professionals to deliver exceptional care experiences that meet the unique needs of each individual.

About the Job
  • Lead and motivate a team of care professionals to deliver exceptional care services.
  • Work collaboratively with healthcare professionals and families to ensure seamless care delivery.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Key Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A Level 2 QCF qualification in Health & Social Care (or willingness to work towards Level 3) or demonstrable experience in a care setting.
  • Experience working in a care and support setting, including team leadership.
  • An ability to work flexibly, including evenings, weekends, and bank holidays.
Benefits and Compensation

The salary for this role is estimated to be around £28,000 - £32,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, you will also enjoy:
