Care Quality Coordinator Lead

About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Residential Care Supervisor Manager to join our team at Somerset Care. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for leading and guiding your care team to deliver high-quality services to our residents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leading and managing a team of care staff to ensure the delivery of person-centred care
- Developing and implementing effective care plans that meet individual needs
- Maintaining accurate records and reporting on resident progress
- Collaborating with healthcare professionals to ensure safe medication practices
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Level 2 QCF qualification in Health and Social Care (or willingness to work towards Level 3)
- Demonstrable experience working in a care and support setting
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
We offer a competitive salary of £13.12 per hour (£1 uplift on weekends) plus a range of benefits including:
