Person-Centred Care Specialist

Somerset Care is an award-winning provider of care in the South West, offering a unique opportunity for a dedicated individual to join our team as a Person-Centred Care Specialist. This role involves working closely with our residents to plan and coordinate activities that promote their physical and emotional well-being. As a Person-Centred Care Specialist, you will play a vital part in delivering high-quality care that makes a real difference in the lives of our customers.

About the Role

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic and supportive team that values compassion, respect, and empathy. As a Person-Centred Care Specialist, you will be responsible for planning and coordinating daily activities that cater to the diverse needs and interests of our residents. You will also work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure seamless delivery of care services and develop and maintain relationships with external partners and service providers.

Requirements

An NVQ or equivalent qualification in care would be advantageous, but not essential.
